Doing things right

We leaders tend to spend a lot of time catching people in our organizations doing things wrong. And the reality of being a leader is you have an obligation to communicate to your team what mistakes they have made. No business, sports team, or group will get better if you don’t try to fix the things that are wrong and/or broken.
