Do you have Sales Goals?

DO YOU HAVE SALES GOALS? DO YOU HAVE PROFIT GOALS? DO YOU HAVE PERSONAL GOALS?

Studies have shown those who put their goals in writing have an infinitely better chance of achieving them. Why? It gives the goal some substance and shows you why the goal could or could not be accomplished. Saying you want to double sales from 500K to 1M is nice, but doing it is a whole different deal. When you put the goal in writing and list out the resources that you will need to accomplish that, you will then see the issues, if there are any, with your goal. Goals that are completely unrealistic only serve as demotivators. I aim high, I sure do, but I make sure my goal, no matter how big it may be, is achievable.
