FleetTeamImage_color

Spend the day at Grunder Landscaping in a small group setting and experience an inside confidential look at the everyday operations of one of the best landscaping companies in the Midwest. In order to maximize the power of this event, it is limited to just 14 attendees. This allows Marty to get to know everyone who attends personally and allows the attendees to spend quality one-on-one time with Marty. This event does sell out every year.

The moment you step up to Grunder Landscaping’s front door, you will see the company’s Mission Statement on a plaque.

To enhance the beauty and value of every client’s property while exceeding their expectations every step of the way.

Step in the door and you will learn how Marty and his team fulfill their mission each and every day.

Past participants report that a day at Grunder Landscaping is one of the best things they have ever done for their business.

“The field trip was well worth the time, effort, and money!! To be honest with you I feel that attending your field trip advanced my team ahead 5 years, at least! Everything was covered from production and marketing to maintenance on trucks and equipment. One of the biggest things that helped me was to see the owner of the company that clearly took action to achieve function and efficiency. You practice what you preach and that was exactly what I needed! Thanks for taking the guess work out of the equation for us!!”
Lauren Olenius, Founder and President
L3 Designs, Houston, TX

“A small price to pay for the amount of ideas and information that has helped us manage our office more efficiently and monitor labor hours and production profitability. This Field Trip is a ‘must’ for any owner or key person who wants to take their company to the next level.”
Dave Brown, President & Founder
Dave Brown Landscape Group, Westerville, OH

“I want to drop you a line to let you know how much I enjoyed touring your facility this past Friday. The opportunity to experience an in-depth look into the workings of another company was very helpful and I gained a wealth of knowledge that will be useful within my own company. I feel that the forms alone that I brought home were well worth the cost of the tour. Thanks again.”
Mark Borst, President
Borst Landscape & Design, Allendale, NJ
