This is the time of year you ought to be out seeing clients and making sure the ones that have you doing things annually on their properties are happy. If they are happy, now is a great time to get the contract renewed for next year. If they aren’t happy, see what you can do to make them happy. I am a big believer that problems are only opportunities to enhance the trust and respect your clients have for you. So….what are you waiting for?
Get out and meet with your clients. Walk their properties, talk to them, offer up suggestions and, by all means, get those maintenance contracts renewed now.
