Last week I wanted you to tell me:
WHAT’S THE ONE PRIORITY THAT IS IMPORTANT TO YOUR TEAM, THAT YOU WANT YOUR CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND?
Why did I want you to write it down? Putting it in writing legitimizes it and gives you something you can see and study and share. I wanted you to write it down so it’s not just something to do; it’s something to look at, live and take to heart.
I wanted you to think about that and hopefully do it to reorient your compass and make sure you have not lost your focus. The answer to that question needs to be felt when your clients encounter your team at your place of business.
Is it that your focus is on quality? Is it that your team is friendly? Is it that you are creative? What is your priority? And how are you showing your clients and prospects what’s important to you?
If they don’t feel it, you don’t have a priority! This is simple, but powerful stuff, folks! Smart business owners align their priorities with what their clients want and in doing so realize success.
