We have an awesome opportunity for you to enhance your performance and profitability by joining one of our ACE peer groups. ACE stands for Accountability Creates Excellence—our ACE program is filled with landscape pros from all over the United States who are striving for excellence at their business.
Watch this short video to learn what this program can do for you:
The driven men and women in our ACE program meet with their groups and our expert facilitators three times a year to learn, share, explore, and improve. In addition, they have the option to meet once a year with members from all our ACE groups for a unique hands-on training at our Elite Retreat.
To help you understand just how unique and effective our ACE program is, we’re hosting a Vetting Meeting August 8–9 in Atlanta, directly after the NALP Field Trip with Marty at HighGrove Partners in Atlanta, GA. This meeting is a chance for you to see if the ACE program is right for you and for us to see if you’re right for our program.
At the Vetting Meeting, you’ll:
Get a look at a typical ACE accountability meeting
Take part in an org chart exercise that will help you look at your team in a whole new way
Receive a letter to send to your team upon returning from Atlanta that recaps the first half of 2017 and outlines your goals for the second half, along with a PowerPoint presentation you can deliver in support of it
Joining Marty at the meeting will be Jim Cali and Jason New, who currently lead two of our ACE groups. As with all Marty Grunder! Inc events, we’ll will make sure you go home with tactical ideas to make your business better—and Jim and Jason will ensure we deliver on that.

Here’s What Our ACEs Are Saying
“Marty, Jim, Jason, and Vince are quite the facilitators! I have only been a part of my ACE group for a short time, but, wow, I have learned a ton. Every time I work with these guys I learn something of value to bring back to my team—not to mention that my ACE group compliments me so well. I know that working with my ACE group will take my company to a higher, more profitable level.”
