Testimonials are something we all don’t collect enough. But with our iPhones and the like, there’s no reason for that. The next time you call on a client after you finish up a job or you meet with one and they tell you how awesome your company is, whip out that iPhone or smart phone and record them. And then, by all means, put that testimonial on your web site in your marketing and presto you’re giving prospects a whole lot of reasons to choose you for their job.

Remember, what others say about you is infinitely more impressive and convincing than what you say about yourself. Now, put that smart phone to work!
