“The field trip was well worth the time, effort, and money! To be honest with you, I feel that attending your field trip advanced my team ahead five years at least. Everything was covered, from production and marketing to maintenance on trucks and equipment. One of the biggest things that helped me was to see how Marty clearly took action to achieve function and efficiency. You practice what you preach and that was exactly what I needed. Thanks for taking the guess work out of the equation for us!”

Lauren Olenius, Founder and President, L3 Designs, Houston, TX

“I wanted to take a second to thank you for a wonderful field trip. You, your team, and your family far exceeded my expectations. Your passion and high standards for your business are very inspiring. I learned a ton and am very excited for the future of my business. Seeing Grunder Landscaping in action has really helped me realize what is possible and what it will take to transform The Flower Guys into my market’s premier landscape company.”

Greg Slatner, President, The Flower Guys, Fort Lauderdale, FL

“I want to drop you a line to let you know how much I enjoyed touring your facility this past Friday. The opportunity to experience an in-depth look into the workings of another company was very helpful and I gained a wealth of knowledge that will be useful within my own company. I feel that the forms alone that I brought home were well worth the cost of the tour. Thanks again.”
