I work with entrepreneurs doing the very thing that my coach Ed Eppley does for me. I owe him a lot. I have worked with him for over 10 years now and have learned a ton from him. Here’s a story from the New York Times that talks about the multi-talented Ed Eppley working with the whole town of Steamboat Springs.
The purpose of this Great Idea is for you to understand that I have a coach, yep the coach has a coach. I will never, ever stop wanting to learn. I owe a lot of my business success in the last ten years to things I have learned from Ed and I want Ed to know how much I appreciate him.
He is one of the first people to read my Great Ideas each week and comment to me on them. It shows that Ed understands the most important thing any coach, a business coach, an athletic coach, a piano coach, and so on can do and that is to encourage and show confidence in their students/athletes. Ed has perfected that part to say the least. I’m still working on it!
